Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

Our client in Sudbury, Ontario, is seeking a technically savvy Account Manager with strong sales expertise, particularly in the crushing, mining, and aggregate sectors. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build long-term relationships, and offer technical solutions to meet client needs in this demanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support

– Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention

– Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and drive sales growth

– Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations

– Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

– Provide regular updates and reports on client status and business development efforts

Qualifications:

– 10-15 yrs plus years account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the crushing, mining and aggregate, or heavy industrial sectors

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to build rapport and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients

– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

– Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

– Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
