NATT Safety Services is a leader in confined space rescue, industrial safety services, and training solutions across high-risk industries. We are looking for a hands-on, organized Office Manager to lead our Thunder Bay branch and support both office and field operations.
This is a key leadership role responsible for keeping the branch running efficiently while also representing NATT in the local market.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations in Thunder Bay
- Support and organize training programs, including confined space rescue
- Maintain accurate documentation, safety records, and reporting
- Manage administrative functions and client communication
- Act as the central point of contact for the branch
- Support and lead office staff while working closely with operations and leadership
- Represent NATT at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with local clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
What You Bring
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience in office management, operations, or industrial environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Confident communicator with both clients and field teams
- Comfortable representing the company at events and in the community
- Experience with scheduling, training coordination, or safety services is an asset
