Key Responsibilities:

  • Certification Management: Handle certificates, ARLO, and Working at Heights ministry registration.
  • Administrative Support: Book hotels, manage office supplies, and perform miscellaneous tasks.
  • Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Event Assistance: Support public training courses, catering, and food purchases.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional client service.
  • Client Equipment & Orders: Assist with equipment inspections, orders, and quoting.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication.
  • Flexibility for site work and training.
