Key Responsibilities:
- Certification Management: Handle certificates, ARLO, and Working at Heights ministry registration.
- Administrative Support: Book hotels, manage office supplies, and perform miscellaneous tasks.
- Receptionist Duties: Greet visitors and answer phone calls.
- Event Assistance: Support public training courses, catering, and food purchases.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional client service.
- Client Equipment & Orders: Assist with equipment inspections, orders, and quoting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Flexibility for site work and training.
